The location is great, walking distance from many points of interest. Restaurant good and friendly staff allover.
Seems like it was once a very good hotel, now it feels a bit shabby....could do with a fresh coat of paint and new carpets.

the bright, clean room with comfortable beds and warm shower was exactly what we were looking for. Not to mention the friendly staff and delicious breakfast options available each morning. We were also pleased with the proximity to the town center, great restaurants, and easy accessibility from the bus station. It was the perfect home base for our Punta Arenas adventure.
The Wi-Fi connection was weak and unreliable, which hindered our efforts to stay connected during the trip.

Confort and dimension of the rooms
Some paeticulars not at the level of the Hotel 1) internet desk in a little space under a staircase 2) 2 bulbs in the room estinguisched 3) frigobar empty and not working 4) impossible to clouse the wardrobe door

The hotel had great amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast. the location was excellent with easy access to public transportation and many nearby attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay much more enjoyable.
The room was a bit dated and could use some upgrades. the noise level from outside the hotel was also quite high at times, making it difficult to sleep.

Convenient location close to the town square and bus station, friendly staff, and a great restaurant. The breakfast was quite ordinary, but it was plentiful and included a variety of options.
